"Unexpectedly, my insurance was canceled on an investment property after several years with the same company and no claims. I was referred to Timi Adeyemo’s office to secure a replacement policy. I specifically worked with Rebekah who went above and beyond to be sure the new policy was issued timely before the expiration date on my existing policy. Rebekah was knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. She made the process as easy as possible and always kept me up to date on the progress my application was making with the underwriters as I was concerned about the short timeframe we had to complete the process to have the new policy actually issued. I am very happy with the service I received from this office."

"I've had State farm and the same agent since 1983. My parents, grandparents and aunts and uncles also used this agent. Since my agent retired and Agent Timi Adeyemo took over Spence Sealander's office in Moraga I've had nothing but issues with this office with not understanding what I am saying or requesting and there is zero communication because the gals do not listen. I document everything because verbally they will say one thing and it be different the next time. The office girls Sienna and Rebekah are very rude and need to learn how to listen and not talk over the customer/client. They definitely need customer service and phone etiquette classes. A week ago, my insurance jumped from $800.xx a month for three cars to over $1000. When I sent an email (document everything) Timi/agent told me there was an issue and I could not pay online, and I would need to call the office to make a correct payment. When I did that yesterday, Sienna immediately told me that amount was $100 over what I should pay. When I tried to explain to her that Timi had just sent me an email with the correct amount she could not answer, why it was a different amount. She became very aggressive and would not listen to me. When she conferenced in Timi, she continued to interrupt me talk over me and not listen. At that time, I was so frustrated because I thought everything was straightened out after a few emails. Timi tried to intervene and basically told me that I was "beating a dead house". What? Sienna continued to scream at me and would not listen. After Timi instructed her to take my payment of the corrected amount she had the audacity to say to me "DO YOU WANT ME TO TAKE YOUR PAMENT OR NOT, BECAUSE I NEED TO GO AND HAVE OTHER CALLS TO MAKE". I was so blown away by how I was treated and the lack of unprofessionalism that I missed placed my credit card and had to end the call. I'm one to always compliment and go out of my way to review a person or company if I receive excellent service. People will tend to complain before they complement, but in this case a review was needed, and I would actually give this office a ZERO rating if that was an option. If those were my employees, they would have been fired or placed on PIP immediately. I'm a manager in HR and just taken so far back how I was treated by this office."
"Hello Stacy, thank you for your review and for your business. While there is some level of verisimilitude to some of your statement, I think you have conveniently left out the main issue here, which is you couldn't pay online because your policies are past due. You could not pay online because your policies have been past due for payment since last year. All your policies are now in the grace period before cancelation and as such you can only pay through us at the office. I very clearly explained this to you. Second, the phrase " to beat a dead horse" means in that conversation that we had found a resolve, yet you kept reiterating the same info. It was redundant! I had also told you that if you were not satisfied with my office, you were more than happy to find another agent, so to leave a negative review when you could just move your policies to another office is somewhat unnecessary. The said staff in question also apologized to you and I also did, even though this entire issue is due to your late bills. On the issue of your car rates increase, your rates are not controlled by us but by State Farm and everyone in CA got a rate increase. My Team handles lots of customers daily and you are the first to call them rude, yet I'll take your feedback and see how to address this. Once again, you are more than welcome to move your policies away from my office if you feel my service is below what you need."
